ReadFuturum is the AI-native research firm. Live market signals, 15 years of ETR spending data, and analysts who know the companies you compete with, in one platform that answers before the quarter closes.
The companies that shape technology work with Futurum
Legacy research was built for a market that moved once a quarter. A quadrant is a photograph of a room everyone has already left.
Markets, buyers, and competitors now change weekly. The intelligence you use to make decisions has to change with them, and it has to show its work.
So we built Futurum on a different spine. Live data instead of static reports. A platform instead of a PDF. Analysts who train the models and verify every score rather than write around them. We call it AI Decision Intelligence, and it is the category that replaces legacy research.
The difference is not a better report. It is a different operating model for how a company knows what it knows.
| Legacy research | Futurum | |
|---|---|---|
| Refresh cadence | Annual or quarterly publishing cycles. Intelligence goes stale between them. | Refreshed with every earnings call, product launch, and buyer signal. Context compounds instead of resetting. |
| Source of truth | Analyst opinion assembled from disconnected sources. Hard to audit why you believe it. | 35+ proprietary datasets, ETR's 15-year panel of 10,000+ decision-makers, 6M+ verified reviews, each score traceable to its signals. |
| Proof | Vendor claims taken on faith or checked against synthetic benchmarks. | Signal65 PINNACLE measures whether AI systems finish real enterprise work, at what capacity, and at what cost. |
| Access | Reports gated per seat. Briefings by appointment. | Self-serve for the whole enterprise. Analyst access built in at no extra cost. |
| Direction | Describes what already happened. | Forecasts vendor position 6 to 12 months out so you can act before the market does. |
| Reach | A report lands in an inbox and stops there. | Futurum Media carries a finding to IT decision-makers through editorial reach, Tech Field Day, and activation, as one orchestrated program. |
Four audiences, four kinds of decision. Start with yours.
Data, prediction, synthesis, and human expertise, working on the same live picture of the market.
Market sizing, segmentation, and decision-maker data you can filter, export, and trust.
The first real-time, predictive vendor evaluator. Scores from 1 to 100 across five dimensions.
Ask a question in plain language. Get cited insights, summaries, and decision-ready outputs in seconds.
Deep-dive research, benchmarking, and advisory from practice leads who have covered the category for years.
Two live instruments no other research firm runs. Futurum Signal predicts where vendors will stand in six to twelve months. Signal65 PINNACLE measures whether AI systems actually finish enterprise work, at what capacity, and at what cost.
Analyst-defined scoring applied continuously to market signals, so competitive decisions rest on where a vendor is going, not where it was last quarter.
Real multi-step enterprise jobs, graded in code against an answer key generated fresh for every run. No model judges, no human raters, and the same rules for every vendor regardless of commercial relationship.
Five proprietary layers, from ETR's 15-year spending panel and exclusive partnerships to 35+ curated datasets. It is the reason a general-purpose model cannot replicate a Futurum answer.
See it on a company you care aboutLive market sizing, vendor tracking, and competitive landscapes across 11 practice areas, drawn from 35+ proprietary web datasets covering 500K+ technology companies.
The ETR panel: 15 years of quarterly technology spending intentions from verified enterprise decision-makers. The longest-running dataset of its kind, and the only one that shows where budgets are moving before they move.
Primary research from technology decision-makers representing $2T+ in annual IT spend, segmented by company size, vertical, role, and geography.
An exclusive partnership with the world's largest software marketplace. Peer reviews plus real-time intent showing which vendors are being evaluated right now.
Analyst-defined scoring applied continuously, so every vendor has a current position and a forecast, not a position as of last quarter.
Every layer feeds one platform. Every output is verified by the analysts who train the models.
One firm, three arms, each with a lead, a method, and a flagship instrument.
The platform, the analysts, and the data spine. Market sizing, buyer intent, and predictive vendor evaluation across 11 practice areas.
Independent testing, benchmarking, and validation from engineers, not marketers. Claims become evidence.
Turn a complex technology story into market understanding and demand. Editorial reach, decision-maker credibility, and activation, run as one program.
We forecast the market, prove the work, and orchestrate the go-to-market. Every engagement can start with one arm and draw on all three.
Analysis published as the news breaks, on the companies and categories our clients are deciding about right now.
We will show you what Futurum can see in real time, with the analyst who covers it in the room.
The Futurum Intelligence Platform puts live market data, ETR spending intentions, buyer reviews, predictive vendor scores, and analyst-verified AI synthesis in one self-serve workspace for the whole enterprise.
Type "how is spending intent shifting toward agent platforms in financial services" and Futurum AI answers from the ETR panel, Signal scores, G2 intent, and the analyst notes on record. Every figure links back to its source, and every output is reviewed against the practice lead's current position.
Market sizing and five-year forecasts across 11 practice areas, segmented by company size, vertical, role, and geography. Build the view your board wants and export it, or leave it live and let it refresh.
Fifteen years of quarterly Technology Spending Intentions data from 10,000+ verified decision-makers. Net Score, pervasion, adoption and replacement intent by vendor and sector, with the survey history that lets you see a move as it starts rather than after it lands.
Every subscription includes time with the analysts who cover your categories. No add-on seats, no briefing quotas. The platform is how you find the answer; the analyst is how you pressure-test it.
Futurum Signal is a real-time, predictive vendor evaluation model. It continuously ingests market signals, applies analyst-defined scoring across five dimensions, and forecasts vendor momentum 6 to 12 months ahead.
Every vendor in a covered category carries a 1 to 100 score built from five dimensions: market momentum, product velocity, buyer intent, financial strength, and ecosystem reach. The dimension weights are set by the practice lead for that category and published with the score.
Signals arrive continuously: earnings transcripts, product launches, pricing changes, hiring, partnership announcements, G2 evaluation activity, and ETR spending intent. Each is classified, weighted, and applied. The practice lead reviews material moves before they publish.
Signal does not describe the current quarter. It projects where a vendor's position will be in 6 to 12 months, and it shows the signals driving that projection so a client can disagree with a specific input rather than the whole model.
Bring credibility to competitive decisions with vendor evaluations that show their work.
Each category report is published online and as a download, with the full scoring table, the forecast, and the analyst's read on what moved. The latest is ERP platforms.
Signal65 PINNACLE is the agentic AI benchmark that measures correct work. It scores models, GPUs, CPUs, and full systems on whether the job comes out right, how fast, and what it costs, using real multi-step enterprise work rather than synthetic tasks.
Model intelligence. Which model can actually do this job. Every model runs the same multi-step enterprise jobs, from the same handbooks, producing the same deliverables, graded the same way, under both messy real-world data and tightly controlled scope.
Silicon capacity. Which accelerator or CPU delivers more correct work, at what concurrency, before quality gates fail.
Solution economics. What a correct result costs deployed, including the repeated context processing and failed attempts that price sheets never show.
The first data set covered 44 model configurations, three accelerator platforms, two serving engines, and six hosted APIs on the same enterprise jobs. The ranking does not match any general capability leaderboard, because a capability leaderboard says whether a model can answer a question, and PINNACLE asks whether the work came out right on the data an enterprise holds, at the volume it needs, for a price it can defend.
Every published result comes from a run Signal65 conducts itself. Vendor-submitted results are not published. Access, review, timing, and disclosure rules are identical for every vendor and every customer regardless of commercial relationship, and errors are corrected in public with superseded figures left visible. Scoring is deterministic and in code; no model judges and no human raters.
Signal65 re-runs PINNACLE as new models ship. It is a living benchmark, and it is the proof layer behind Futurum's Hard ROI research.
Eleven practice areas, each led by an analyst who has covered the category for years and is accountable for the scores that carry their name.
Pick a practice to see who leads it, what they cover, and the latest analysis.
Models surface the signal. Practice leads decide what it means, validate the data, and put their reputation on the result.
Coverage is organized by a published taxonomy of 11 practice areas. Vendor scores, forecasts, and research conclusions are built from the Futurum data spine and reviewed by the responsible practice lead before publication. Dimension weights, survey instruments, and data sources are documented and available to clients.
Key issues and predictions for the year, plus the topics and coverage areas each practice has committed to. Published annually and updated as the market moves.
From a fast-turn brief to a multi-year program: business, channel, and go-to-market strategy; vendor evaluation and ROI justification; and commissioned market studies. Built on Futurum surveys, ETR's panel, G2 data, and analyst-led and AI-moderated primary collection. Delivered for internal decisions or activated to the market through Futurum Media.
Futurum Media orchestrates go-to-market for technology vendors: coordinated content, trusted expert voices, and meaningful media experiences that reach an extensive audience of IT decision-makers, all informed by Futurum's market expertise.
Vendors invest in research, analyst relations, content, and campaigns, and still struggle to turn a complex or emerging technology story into understanding and demand. Silos and misaligned motions drain resources, time, and trust.
of new products fail to achieve market fit.
of B2B companies take 9 to 18 months to break even after a GTM deployment.
of B2B decision-makers have stopped doing business with a vendor over inconsistent messaging or credibility.

Your GTM need sits in the middle. Around it, three properties that used to work separately now run as one program, inside Futurum's technology market expertise.
Reach and influence an extensive IT decision-maker audience through coordinated content, trusted expert voices, and meaningful media experiences.
Programs and campaigns are orchestrated and integrated, so every dollar reaches and influences the decision-makers who matter, and false positives stop consuming budget.
Stories are aligned once and resources focus on the research, validation, content, and campaigns that move the needle now. Quarters spent on the wrong activities are quarters you do not get back.
Content and campaigns prove claims, elevate the brand, arm sellers, and deliver one cohesive customer experience, so trust builds instead of eroding.
Most media companies sell reach. Futurum Media sells a program with credibility and distribution built in.
| Other media companies | Futurum Media | |
|---|---|---|
| Community | Fragmented efforts. Disconnected teams and siloed services make it hard to link research, influencer and community engagement, and content into one campaign. | Integrated influencer community. Techstrong, Tech Field Day, and Futurum Media Services work together to align data, credibility, and distribution to drive pipeline. |
| Credibility | Low engagement. Content that is not backed by credible experts, amplified through trusted channels, or vetted with the community gets ignored. | Built in. Analyst trust, ITDM audience and editorial reach, community engagement, and media visibility in every program, so the message breaks through. |
| Delivery | High cost, low ROI. A premium for rigid scopes, slow delivery, and outputs that live in a vacuum. | Strategy and activation under one roof. Agile teams deliver fast, accurate, full-funnel content and campaigns across formats and channels. |
| Reach | Optimized for people. | Optimized for people and for the models they ask. Structured, citable pages so answer engines carry the finding. |
Media programs are sold separately from research coverage and never change a Signal score, a forecast, a PINNACLE result, or an analyst position. Techstrong and Tech Field Day audiences trust those properties because their editorial judgment is their own, and the same disclosure rules apply across every Futurum property.
The Six Five podcast, webcast, and summit, hosted by Daniel Newman and Patrick Moorhead, operate as an independent media partner to Futurum.

Everything Futurum has said about a vendor in one place: Signal score, ETR spending trend, PINNACLE results where they apply, earnings coverage, and the analyst who owns it.
The Futurum Group is a technology research, advisory, and media firm built AI-native from the ground up. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, with analysts across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We added the proof layer legacy firms never had: Signal65, whose PINNACLE benchmark measures whether AI systems actually finish enterprise work. And we added the reach they never had: Futurum Media, so a finding travels to the people and the models that shape decisions.
We call it AI Decision Intelligence. It is the category that replaces legacy research, and it is what a research firm looks like when it is built for the Hard ROI Era rather than retrofitted for it.
The people accountable for the platform, the research, and the proof.
Futurum and its analysts have commercial relationships with many of the companies we cover, including research, advisory, testing, and media engagements, and in some cases equity positions. We publish those relationships, separate commercial work from coverage decisions, and apply the same rules to every vendor. Signal scores, PINNACLE results, and research conclusions are not for sale.
